Classes & Sessions

The components of yoga practice are Sitting, which teaches us to observe inclusively. Breath work (pranayama) which makes us more receptive, more sensitive, and the Asana which demands perseverance and will in time stabilize the body so that energy can flow freely. Together it is one whole which deals with the various levels of the mind-body.

Drop in classes are on going and everyone is welcome to join. Do contact us if you have any question or concern on which class would best support your present state. Progressive sessions,half day workshops and Sunday practices are geared toward a mindful exploration of the many tools that can nurture a deeper understanding of yoga practice. Your commitment makes it possible to "move beyond" and experience new depths.

Private Classes

Private classes are a way to deepen and establish one's own practice. They can be set according to your schedule and specific needs.

Therapeutic counselling

"The Art of living life without conflict"

This one on one session offers loving guidance and dialogue on how to maintain clarity in everyday life and relationship. The art of living is to have complete freedom, not for one self but from one self.
